Shmot- 35.22 - שמות

22. ‘And the men came accompanied by the women every generous person, they brought armbands (golden bracelets- Rashi) and nose rings, and rings, and kumaz (gold item placed over a woman’s privacy -Rashi) and all sorts of golden items and every man that raised up a gold offering to Hashem-וַיָּבֹאוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים עַל הַנָּשִׁים כֹּל נְדִיב לֵב הֵבִיאוּ חָח וָנֶזֶם וְטַבַּעַת וְכוּמָז כָּל כְּלִי זָהָב וְכָל אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הֵנִיף תְּנוּפַת זָהָב לַיהוָה (6336=18 counting final Peh and Mems as 800 and 600).

The verse can be divided so:

·         And the men came accompanied by the women- וַיָּבֹאוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים עַל הַנָּשִׁים (936=18 or 2056+4 words=2060=8 counting final Mems as 600);

·         Every generous person, they brought armbands and nose rings and rings and kumaz  and all sorts of golden items-כֹּל נְדִיב לֵב הֵבִיאוּ חָח וָנֶזֶם וְטַבַּעַת וְכוּמָז כָּל כְּלִי זָהָב (981=18);

·         And every man that raised up- וְכָל אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הֵנִיף (1733+4 words=18counting final Peh as 800);

·         A gold offering to Hashem- תְּנוּפַת זָהָב לַיהוָה (1006+3 words=10=1).

All these golden articles were circular in shape.

The joint gematria of these items:

·         Armband-                           חָח =16+1 word                 =8
·         Nose ring-                         נֶזֶם  =97+1 word=98=17    =8
·         Ring-                              טַבַּעַת  =481+1 word=14        =8
·         Kumaz-                            כוּמָז               =73=10          =1
·         All golden items- כָּל כְּלִי זָהָב =124+3 words=10            =1

791=17=8

8+8+8+1+1=26=8

The number 26 is the gematria of the Name “Hashem”-יהוה
