Blessed [infinite source of blessing] are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, who has set us apart in order to sanctify us with His commandments, and instructed us regarding the reading of the Megillah.

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל מִקְרָא מְגִלָּה

Blessed [infinite source of blessing] are You, Hashem our God, King of the universe, who performed miracles for our ancestors in those days, at this very time.
