By adding the gematria of the words “Sons of Jacob”- בְּנֵי יַעֲקֹב(244=10=1) to the above totals:

3166+244 =3410=8

7136 + 244 = 7380=18

As Rashi comments, once Benjamin was born, the bed of Jacob (his family) was complete - and they were fit to be counted.

They were now fit to be counted as the gematriot of all 12 sons is encrypted in the Code of 1 and 8, the Code of Hai.
