Today we are witness to the fact that more and more Jews are learning the Talmud Bavli and discovering its great secrets in a program known as “HaDaf HaYomi” or “The Daily Page”-הדף היומי. A worldwide system was set up Rabbi Meir Shapiro of blessed memory in 1923 to learn one page of the 2711 pages of Talmud Bavli every day.
Recently a remarkable and unique short clip of film has surfaced that was shot in Vienna in the year 5683- התרפ"ג) in which appears The Hafetz Hayim, Rabbi Shapira and the Great Rabbis of the period who had assembled and amongst other things decided to adopt the Daf Yomi Program put forward by Rabbi Shapira. What is even more remarkable is that the 5683rd verse of the Torah is the first verse of our Parsha:
9.’ You are standing this day all of you before Hashem your G-d your Heads, your Tribes, your Elders, and your Officers all the men of Israel-אַתֶּם נִצָּבִים הַיּוֹם כֻּלְּכֶם לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם רָאשֵׁיכֶם שִׁבְטֵיכֶם זִקְנֵיכֶם וְשֹׁטְרֵיכֶם כֹּל אִישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל (3772=19=10=1 or 8812 = 19=10=1 counting final Mems as 600).
Thus we can conclude that we "are standing today"- נִצָּבִים הַיּוֹם after the Nazi Holocaust due to the Talmud Bavli Program initiated by the great Rabbis of that era. I thank my Rabbi and Teacher Rabbi Yekutiel Fish for sending me the above information.
It takes approximately seven and a half years to complete the cycle (within the 8th year).The 12th cycle finished (“Siyyum”-סיום) and the 13th cycle of study began on the 15thAv 5772 (3rd of August 2012) just a few days before writing these words.
As more Jews return to Hashem by learning the Talmud Bavli so will Hashem return to us and return His Divine Presence to the Land of Israel as written in this verse of Torah.

The more Jews return to Hashem, learn and “finish” the Talmud Bavli, the sooner Hashem will return to us and lead us out of Exile to the Land of Israel to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem. It is that simple.
Remarkably just as there are 2711 pages of the Talmud Bavli so are there 2711 grey stone slabs in the Berlin Holocaust Memorial erected in 2005 which is situated just a short distance from where the ruins of Hitler's bunker is buried. A coincidence? I think not. The Jews and the Talmud Bavli defeated Hitler and the Nazis as they are above nature from the Eighth Sphira!
