Refuge-Refuge!

מִקְלַט-מִקְלַט!
D'varim 19.3- דברים

3. ’You shall prepare for yourselves the way, and divide in three the border of your Land which Hashem your G-d causes you to inherit, so that any killer (man-slaughterer) may flee to-תָּכִין לְךָ הַדֶּרֶךְ וְשִׁלַּשְׁתָּ אֶת גְּבוּל אַרְצְךָ אֲשֶׁר יַנְחִילְךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ וְהָיָה לָנוּס שָׁמָּה כָּל רֹצֵחַ (4134+16 words = 4150=10=1 or 7184+ 16 words=7200=1+8 counting final Kafs as 500).

The verse can be divided so:
·         You shall prepare for yourselves the way, and divide in three the border of your Land- תָּכִין לְךָ הַדֶּרֶךְ וְשִׁלַּשְׁתָּ אֶת גְּבוּל אַרְצְךָ (2548+7 words=2555=17=8);
·         Which Hashem your G-d causes you to inherit, so that any killer (man-slaughterer) may flee to- אֲשֶׁר יַנְחִילְךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ וְהָיָה לָנוּס שָׁמָּה כָּל רֹצֵחַ (2546=17=8 counting final Kafs as 500).
Rashi comments here that at crossroads the words “Refuge-Refuge”- מִקְלַט-מִקְלַט was written so as to direct people fleeing to a city of refuge. The borders of the Land were divided equally into three so as to evenly split up the distances between the three cities of refuge. The last one was an equidistant distance to the border of the Land of Israel (Makkot 10.b).

Refuge-Refuge
מִקְלַט-מִקְלַט
358+2 words=360=1+8

The number 358 is the gematria of the name “Mashiach”-משיח

The Mashiach will provide a “refuge”- מִקְלַט for the Children of Israel at the End of Days.

The gematria of the word “way”- דֶּרֶךְ is 224=8.

The gematria of the word “the way”- הַדֶּרֶךְis 709+1 word=710=8counting final Kaf as 500.

This verse  comes to support my opinion that on each side of the River Jordan there were four divisions of land as the “the way”- הַדֶּרֶךְ (8) was made up of 4+4.

The gematria of the word “every killer”- כָּל רֹצֵחַ is 348+2 words=350=8.

Thus in fact the Land was divided into 4 divisions (see diagram below).

As this was also done on the East Bank of the River Jordan for purposes of the Cities of Refuge the Land of Israel had 4divisions on either side of the Jordan. With the River itself resembling a straight line (1) the Land was thus divided:

4-1-4

1+8

6 (3+3) Cities of Refuge in equidistant divisions

8 divisions of land 4-4 on either side of the River Jordan (1)
