The 1 Occupant of Rachel's Tomb

1.       Avraham-    אַבְרָהָם 248 =14=8        or 808+1 word=17=8 counting final men as 600                                                      

2.       Sarah-             שָׂרָה  505 =10=1              

3.       Isaac-             יִצְחָק  208 =10=1               

4.       Rivka-           רִבְקָה   307 =10=1               

5.       Leah-              לֵאָה    36   =1 + 8        or +1 word=37=10=1

6.       Israel-         יִשְׂרָאֵל   541 =10=1        or Jacob- יַעֲקֹב  182   

The joint gematria of all 6 names with “Israel”- יִשְׂרָאֵל for Jacob

The joint gematriot of the above six names with “Jacob”- יַעֲקֹב

 1724=14=8

According to Midrash there are two others buried in the Cave of The Machpelah, the Entrance to the Garden of Eden-Adam and Eve.

Thus there are 8 Forefathers buried there:

7.       Adam-                 אדם     45+ 1 word=10=1   or (1, 4, 4) = 1+8

8.       Eve-                      חוה    19=10=1

The joint gematria of all 8 people with “Israel”- יִשְׂרָאֵל is:

1909=19=10=1 or + 8 words=1917=18

Rachel-רחל is not buried there. She is buried on the road to Ephrat-Bet-Lechem. 

The gematria of “Rachel”- רחל is 238 (13 +1 word =14=8).

The joint gematriot of the above 6 counting “Jacob”- יַעֲקֹב and adding Rachel is 1724+238=1962=18.

The joint gematriot of the above 8 with “Israel”- יִשְׂרָאֵל and adding Rachel is:

1909+238=2147=14=8 or 1909+9 words=1918=18

There are 9 Forefathers/Mothers:

·         8 are buried in the Cave of Machpelah

·         1 (Rachel) buried in Bet-Lechem.

These 8+1 Ancestors correspond to the Code of Hai (1 and 8) encrypted in the Torah 

.This is another reason why 8 are buried in Hebron and Rachel (1) is buried on the road to Bet-Lechem.

When Hashem's Name of "Hai"- שם חי is unified (18) at the End of Days by Mashiach- משיח, Rachel will finally be united with her Husband-Israel.
