Beraishit 17.2- בראשית

2.’And I will give you My Covenant between Me and you- וְאֶתְּנָה בְרִיתִי בֵּינִי וּבֵינֶךָ (1724+4 words=18 counting final Kaf as 500), and I shall multiply you greatly, greatly- וְאַרְבֶּה אוֹתְךָ בִּמְאֹד מְאֹד (733+4 words=17=8).

Rashi comments here that this is the “Covenant of Love”-ברית של אהבהand the “Covenant of the Land”- ברית הארץ through fulfilling the Commandment of circumcision.

The joint gematria of the words:
