D'varim 10.26-8 דברים

See the Blessing and the Curse
    
This is the Essence of the Torah.

It is good to those who keep it (a blessing) and bad to those who do not (a curse) as it is written in Parshat Re'eh (D’Varim 10.26-8):

26.’See, I set before you today a blessing and a curse- רְאֵה אָנֹכִי נֹתֵן לִפְנֵיכֶם הַיּוֹם בְּרָכָה וּקְלָלָה (1476 =18).
27.’The Blessing: if you shall listen to the Commandments of Hashem your G-d, which I command you- אֶת הַבְּרָכָה אֲשֶׁר תִּשְׁמְעוּ אֶל מִצְוֹת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוֶּה אֶתְכֶם (3833 =17=8), today- הַיּוֹם (61+1 word=8).
28. ’And The Curse: if you shall not listen to the Commandments of Hashem your   G-d, but turn astray from the path which I command you today to follow other gods, which you have not known- וְהַקְּלָלָה אִם לֹא תִשְׁמְעוּ אֶל מִצְוֹת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם וְסַרְתֶּם מִן הַדֶּרֶךְ אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוֶּה אֶתְכֶם הַיּוֹם לָלֶכֶת אַחֲרֵי אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים אֲשֶׁר לֹא יְדַעְתֶּם (6133+23 words=6156=18).

Beraishit 6.6- בראשית

6.' And Hashem reconsidered/was consoled having made man on the earth, and it grieved Him to His heart-וַיִּנָּחֶ ם יְהוָה כִּי עָשָׂה אֶת הָאָדָם בָּאָרֶץ וַיִּתְעַצֵּב אֶל לִבּוֹ (1938=19=10=1).

The verse can be divided so:
·         And Hashem reconsidered having made man on the earth-וַיִּנָּחֶם יְהוָה כִּי עָשָׂה אֶת הָאָדָם בָּאָרֶץ (1289+7 words=1296=17=8).
·         And it grieved Him to His heart- וַיִּתְעַצֵּב אֶל לִבּוֹ (647=17=8).
Rashi comments here that there was consolation that man was created in the lower realms for if he had stayed in the higher realms he would have turned them to rebellion (Beraishit Rabbah 27.4). Rashi adds that Hashem decided that man would suffer pain to make him sad as His Attribute of Mercy would be turned into the Attribute of Judgement (Beraishit Rabbah 33.3). In other words Hashem reconsidered having created the world. Nevertheless, because of the righteous ones that were to be born he did not refrain from creating the world (Beraishit Rabbah 8.4) "and he was consoled"- וַיִּנָּחֶם.

How can one reconsider creating the World and also be consoled at one and the same time?

The word "and he was consoled"- וַיִּנָּחֶם has within it the letters of the name"Noah"- נֹחַ who was "upright and righteous in his generations".

The first word of the verse has the identical gematria to the last phrase of the verse. 

And he was consoled
וַיִּנָּחֶם
647=17=(Mem 600)

And it grieved Him to His heart
וַיִּתְעַצֵּב אֶל לִבּוֹ
647=17=8

This teaches us that the verse can be read both forwards and backwards:

And it grieved Him to His heart- וַיִּתְעַצֵּב אֶל לִבּוֹ 
that He had created the man on the earth- כִּי עָשָׂה אֶת הָאָדָם בָּאָרֶץ,
but Hashem- יְהוָה
He was consoled- וַיִּנָּחֶם 
…of the righteous to be born in the future.
From here we learn that even though Hashem's heart was grieved by the evil of Mankind and reconsidered having created him, nevertheless he was consoled through the righteous that were to be born, first and foremost of "Noah"- נֹחַ whose name appears in the word "and he was consoled"- וַיִּנָּחֶם.

The above proves the words of Rashi in the name of the Sages!

There is no future or earlier in the Torah as the end and the beginning they are one:

The Death of Adam-The Birth of Seth

Beraishit 5.4- בראשית


4.’ And the days of Adam after he begot Seth were eight hundred years; and he begot sons and daughters- וַיִּהְיוּ יְמֵי אָדָם אַחֲרֵי הוֹלִידוֹ אֶת שֵׁת שְׁמֹנֶה מֵאֹת שָׁנָה וַיּוֹלֶד בָּנִים וּבָנוֹת  (4456 = 19 = 10 =1).

The verse can be divided so:
·         And the days of Adam after he begot Seth were eight hundred years- וַיִּהְיוּ יְמֵי אָדָם אַחֲרֵי הוֹלִידוֹ אֶת שֵׁת שְׁמֹנֶה מֵאֹת שָׁנָה (3274+10 words=3284=17=8 counting final Mem as 600);
·         And he begot sons and daughters- וַיּוֹלֶד בָּנִים וּבָנוֹת (622=10=1).

3.’ And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years and he begot a son in his own likeness after his image; and he called his name Shet (Seth) - וַיְחִי אָדָם שְׁלֹשִׁים וּמְאַת שָׁנָה וַיּוֹלֶד בִּדְמוּתוֹ כְּצַלְמוֹ וַיִּקְרָא אֶת שְׁמוֹ שֵׁת (5145=14=8 or + 12 words=5157=17=8 counting final Mems as 600).

The verse can be divided so:
·         And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years- וַיְחִי אָדָם שְׁלֹשִׁים וּמְאַת שָׁנָה(1561+5 words=18 or 2681=17 counting final Mems as 600);
·         And he begot a son in his own likeness after his image, - וַיּוֹלֶד בִּדְמוּתוֹ כְּצַלְמוֹ(700+3 words=10=1);
·         And he called his name Shet (Seth) - וַיִּקְרָא אֶת שְׁמוֹ שֵׁת (1764=18).
Rashi comments here that for 130 years after their fall Adam separated himself from Chava (Eruvin 18.b; Beraishit Rabbah 24.6). 

R. Jeremiah b. Eleazar further stated: In all those years during which Adam was in isolation he begot ghosts and male demons and female demons [night demons], for it is said in Scripture, 'And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years and begot a son in his own likeness, after his own image, from which it follows that until that time he did not beget after his own image.

An objection was raised: R. Meir said: Adam was a great saint. When he saw that through him death was ordained as a punishment he spent a hundred and thirty years in fasting, severed connection with his wife for a hundred and thirty years, and wore clothes of fig [leaves] on his body for a hundred and thirty years.
[How in view of this statement could R. Jeremiah b. Eleazar maintain his statement?] That statement was made in reference to the semen which he emitted accidentally.
וְאָמַר רַבִּי יִרְמִיָה בֶן אֶלְעָזָרכָּל אוֹתָן שָׁנִים שֶׁהָיָה אָדָם הָרִאשׁוֹן בְּנִידּוּי, הוֹלִיד רוּחִין וְשֵׁדִין וְלִילִין, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (שם ה) "וַיְחִי אָדָם שְׁלֹשִׁים וּמְאַת שָׁנָה וַיוֹלֵד בִּדְמוּתוֹ כְּצַלְמוֹ", מִכְּלָל דְּעַד הָאִידְּנָא לָאו ,כְּצַלְמוֹ' אוֹלִיד. מֵיתִיבֵי, הָיָה רַבִּי מֵאִיר אוֹמֵר, אָדָם הָרִאשׁוֹן - חָסִיד גָּדוֹל הָיָה. כֵּיוָן שֶׁרָאָה שֶׁנִּקְנְסָה מִיתָה עַל יָדוֹ, יָשַׁב בְּתַעֲנִית מֵאָה וּשְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה, וּפֵירֵשׁ מִן הָאִשָּׁה מֵאָה וּשְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה, וְהֶעֱלָה זַרְזֵי תְּאֵנִים עַל בְּשָׂרוֹ מֵאָה וּשְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה. כִּי קַאָמְרִינָן בְּשִׁכְבַת זֶרַע דְּחַזָא לְאוֹנְסֵי
According to the opinion of Rabbi Meir in these 130 years Adam repented to Hashem in three ways:

·         Sitting and fasting- יָשַׁב בְּתַעֲנִית
·         And Separated from his wife (releasing semen)- וּפֵירֵשׁ מִן הָאִשָּׁה
·         And wore fig leaves (girdle/studying Torah) on his flesh- וְהֶעֱלָה זַרְזֵי תְּאֵנִים עַל בְּשָׂרוֹ 

One hundred and thirty years

מֵאָה וּשְׁלֹשִׁים שָׁנָה

1647=18 (Mem 600)

Sat in fasting and separated himself form the woman and wore fig leaves on his flesh

יָשַׁב בְּתַעֲנִית וּפֵירֵשׁ מִן הָאִשָּׁה וְהֶעֱלָה זַרְזֵי תְּאֵנִים עַל בְּשָׂרוֹ

   Deuteronomy 3. 28- דברים


28. ’And command Joshua, and strengthen him and encourage him for he shall cross over before this People and he shall cause them to inherit the Land which you shall see

- וְצַו אֶת יְהוֹשֻׁעַ וְחַזְּקֵהוּ וְאַמְּצֵהוּ כִּי הוּא יַעֲבֹר לִפְנֵי הָעָם הַזֶּה וְהוּא יַנְחִיל אוֹתָם אֶת הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר תִּרְאֶה

(4177 = 19 =10=1 or 6107=14=8 counting final Zaddik and Mems as 900 and 600).

The verse can be divided so:
·         And command Joshua, and strengthen him and encourage him- וְצַו אֶת יְהוֹשֻׁעַ וְחַזְּקֵהוּ וְאַמְּצֵהוּ (1174+5 words=18);
·         For he shall cross over before this People and he shall cause them to inherit the Land which you shall see- כִּי הוּא יַעֲבֹר לִפְנֵי הָעָם הַזֶּה וְהוּא יַנְחִיל אוֹתָם אֶת הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר תִּרְאֶה (3003+11 words=3014=8).
Rashi comments here that the Charge given to Joshua included the troubles and the burdens and the disagreements (Sifrei-Pinchas 136). So that his heart should not be weakened Joshua was to be encouraged with these words that he would inherit the Land (unlike Moses his Master). Joshua had to physically cross before them in order for them to inherit the Land. This is learned from the capture of the city of Ai-עי (80=8=1 word=81) that failed at first, as Joshua did not lead them into battle (Joshua 7.5-7.10).

Thus it says (Sifrei 29):

If he crosses they cross, but if not, they do not cross

The first light travels one way while the second light travels in the reverse direction. The second light will be revealed to us in the World of the Earth (our universe which was separated at the time of the "Spritual Big Bang"-the division of the Name "Hai") at the End, which is in fact the Beginning.

This explains with relative simplicity how energy/subatomic particles and time moves both backwards and forwards simultaneously and explains why light can be viewed in our world as both a wave and a particle.

Light which is THE source of energy can be viewed both physically as a particle and metaphysically as a wave (or vice versa) by Man whom Hashem created "in His Image", and as such are partners with G-d in Creation. Thus mans act of observance (participation) of the Light is crucial to the outcome of the light's behavior- whether the light will be considered as a wave or a particle.

What we call an observed "miracle" on earth is simply a manifestation/revelation of the Metaphysical World in our physical world (8 in 1) which is brought about by the prayers of a Tzaddik (Righteous Person) in order to perform Hashem's will on earth.

This is why our Sages teach us:

A Tzaddik Decrees and Hashem Performs (the decree)
צדיק גוזר והקדוש ברוך הוא מקיים
1381+6 words=17=8 or 2321=8

How can a Tzaddik do this? 

Because he stands at the mid-point of the double Sphirotic system of two halves and aligns himself with the Will of Hashem. 


Ultimately there will be unification of the "two" lights which is in the mid-point of infinity where there is no past present or future, no division, just the pure Divine Light of The Ain Sof.
